ARRIVAL TIME
Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 mins prior to their Spa Appointment beginning. We have a busy schedule at VOYA so if clients are late, time will be deducted from the duration of the Spa Appointment.

WHAT TO BRING
Clients and bathers will be provided with towels, robes and slippers.

HEALTH
Please advise us of any health condition that you may have .You will also be required to complete a consultation card which is confidential and for you safety only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you must cancel an appointment, please give us at least 72 hours notice. Please note that there is a cancellation fee of 50% if the cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to the booking. No shows and on-the-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment/package.

ETIQUETTE
VOYA’s goal is to ensure that all their clients experience a peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable treatment. With this in mind, we ask are clients to be aware of their fellow guests and to display discretion and respect towards them.
As courtesy to other clients, please switch of your mobile phone when entering VOYA seaweed baths. VOYA seaweed baths is gender neutral - there are no separate female and male areas.
