Our Mission at VOYA is …

…to promote an organic philosophy and provide high quality, truly organic, seaweed based health and beauty products. To continue the sustainable harvesting practices of our forefathers with the integrity of the seaweed bath tradition. To strive to make our impact as low as possible and be an example for environmental responsibility, not just in the world of beauty.

VOYA Ethical Policy

VOYA believes that we have no alternative but to find alternatives to doing business other than environmentally, sustainability and ethically. We promise to you that we will continue:

• To continually look for new ways in which we can be kinder to the Earth, whilst still providing you with these exceptional products.
  
  
• To use environmentally friendly packaging and consider the carbon footprint of each product, whilst also ensuring that they are made from recycled materials which are recycled, recyclable or biodegradable.
  
  
• To do all we can to reduce our carbon emissions, such as using energy saving light bulbs and turning off computer monitors when not in use.
  
  
• To ensure all our energy needs are 100% sustainable energy sources where ever possible. We currently are converting our facilities to being 100% self sustaining. We aim to use our spent seaweed to grow our own forest in our own local area to make wood chips to harness energy becoming self sustaining.
  
  
• To ensure that none of the ingredients or our products will be test on animals.
  
  
• To have NO Artificial Colours or Fragrances, GM Ingredients, Dioxins, Petrochemicals, Mineral Oils, Parabens, Animal derivatives, Imidazolidinyl Urea, Propylene Glycol, Petrolatum, Hexane, Phthalates, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate or Sodium Laureth Sulphate, Aluminium & Animal Derived Ingredients in our products.
  
  
• To maintain our ECOPACT, Soil Association, USDA and EcoCert certifications. Complying with Organic standards in relation to processing, ensuring the minimum environmental impact in the production of our products.
  
  
• To continue to ensure that our environmental footprint is kept to minimum in all our harvesting.
  
  
• To have every product certified organic.
  
  
• To have clear and honest labelling so that you can make an informed choice about the VOYA products.
  
  
• To continue to make the best organic seaweed based products in the world.
  
  
• To continue the same hand harvesting practices of our organic seaweed.
  
  
• To be a proactive member for the campaign for safe cosmetics.
  
  
• To ensure that employees are aware of the companies’ environmental policy and of their own responsibilities and given the support and training necessary.
